Our motto is: Fresh ingredients into the pan and then out onto the table – because it simply tastes better! Please your pallet with new and unusual dishes. Our quality is always at top level.
On a daily basis, all our salads are freshly prepared by our kitchen team. We offer different variations, including vegetarian salads as well as fish or meat compositions.
Our selection of warm meals includes pasta dishes like Spaghetti in different variations with home-made sauces. Moreover, we serve regional specialties like Capuns and Rösti (potato dish, which during winter is prepared in the giant pan on our grill.)
With the beginning of the hunting season in summer, we will surprise you with our wild game specialties. During our Country Festival, we serve western-style food.
Moreover, it’s definitely worth paying us a visit during daytime as we offer our whole range of dishes from 11 o‘clock, both warm and cold.
