Our motto is: Fresh ingredients into the pan and then out onto the table – because it simply tastes better! Please your pallet with new and unusual dishes at our restaurant in Davos. Our quality is always at top level.
On a daily basis, all our salads are freshly prepared by our kitchen team. We offer different variations, including vegetarian salads as well as fish or meat compositions.
Our restaurant’s selection of warm meals includes pasta dishes like Spaghetti in different variations with home-made sauces. Moreover, we serve regional and Davos specialties like Capuns and Rösti (potato dish, which during winter is prepared in the giant pan on our grill.)
For the hungry: Our large veal cordon-bleu, home-made. In winter and in the evenings, we also serve Fondue Chinoise. You will find few convenience food items on our menu – chicken nuggets, fish fingers ...
With the beginning of the hunting season in summer, our restaurant in Davos will surprise you with our wild game specialties. During our Country Festival, we serve western-style food.
Moreover, it’s worth paying us a visit during daytime as our restaurant offers our whole range of dishes from 11 o‘clock.
Become part of the renowned Bolgen Snow Apéro in Davos, starting at 4 until about 8 pm. Have a chat or hit the dance floor with a fine drink in your hand and forget your everyday sorrows. No matter if you go home to get changed or attend in your ski boots: What counts is that everyone is in a good mood.
Opening Hours
- Warm meals every day from 11 am through to 10 pm
- During winter: lunch menu until 6:30 pm, evening menu with a wide variety of dishes from 6:30 to 10 pm
- During summer: warm meals from 11 am through to 10 pm
- Table reservation only in the evenings and for banquets
